Who are we?

Glad to meet you! We are Rodriquez Laser. We are a small family owned business that makes all of our products when you order them.  

What are the shipping and delivery times?

All products are made to order. Standard processing time is 3-5 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc. 

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check on the status of your order. You can email us at support@rodriquezlaser.com or by using the Contact Us page.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@rodriquezlaser.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to us.
